GL1 now offers free swimming for both over 60's and 16 and under!

We are currently the only leisure facility in all of Gloucestershire to offer free swimming to under 16's!

The scheme is part of the Government's swim4life campaign, aiming to get people to lead more active, healthy lives in the run up to the London 2012 olympics. 

To be admitted to swim at GL1 free of charge you must first register with us.
You can now register for your FreeSwim Card here on-line or in person at GL1 or Oxstalls tennis centre.

Please note that a £2 REGISTRATION FEE applies to obtain your FreeSwim card.  You will also need to bring proof of age.

16 & Under FreeSwim cards valid until June 14th 2010
60 & Over FreeSwim cards valid until March 31st 2010

When you first visit GL1 we will then give you a FreeSwim card (£2 registration fee) which you must bring with you every time you swim at GL1.
