Fitness Area
Our 5 star Fitness Arena includes state of the art cardiovascular and resistance equipment. This, coupled with the added luxury of watching your favourite programmes on your personal TV screen while you work out, will enhance your training experience. As a member you will have a comprehensive fitness program personally designed for you by a member of our highly qualified Fitness Team to help you achieve your personal goals.
Group Exercise Studio
Our fully equipped studio offers a comprehensive fresh and exciting timetable of classes to meet your fitness requirements, all classes are FREE - from circuit training to Tai Chi, yoga or pilates there is something for everyone.

Health Spa
The aspire Health & Fitness experience is not complete without a visit to the health spa. Unwind after a training session or simply soothe your soul after a hectic day. Offering a sauna, steam room and spa pool, a visit to the health spa is a 'must'.
The Health Spa is open:
Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 9:30pm
Friday 9:00am - 8:30pm
Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday 10:00am - 8:00pm.
Ladies only sessions run on Tuesday mornings from 9:00 - 12:30am and Wednesday evenings from 7:30 - 9:30pm - Male customers please enquire at aspire Health & Fitness reception when you may enter the Health Spa on these days.
