Terms and conditions of booking courses

• Aspire Sports and Cultural Trust do not accept responsibility or liability for any damage or loss of property or articles whatsoever left in or on the premises.
• Use of GL1 and of all equipment and amenities thereof and attendance at any courses is permitted entirely at the owners risk, and Aspire Sports and Cultural Trust shall not be liable for any personal injury or death to any user or for any consequential loss otherwise than as a result of the defective condition of GL1, course equipment or the negligence of its agents, officers or servants. Lack of adequate supervision of the use of the facility shall not be deemed to constitute negligence unless supervision has been expressly arranged with the manager.
• Aspire Sports and Cultural Trust reserves the right to change or cancel a course at their discretion.
• No money is refundable under any circumstances once the booking has been accepted, except under cancellation by Aspire Sports and Cultural Trust.
• No courses are transferable unless initiated by Aspire Sports and Cultural Trust.
• Aspire Sports and Cultural Trust reserves the right to replace advertised coaches or amend the programme where unavoidable.
• Swimming courses participants must wear suitable swimwear.
• Swimming courses participants must not go into the water until their lesson commences.
